Aloo chaat Recipe
6 boiled Potatoes
2 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
1 tbsp Mint Chutney
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Oil for frying
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
2 tsp Chaat masala
2 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
Aloo chaat Preparation:
Boil the potatoes, peelĀ them and chop into small cubes and deep fry them in oil till golden brown and drain excess oil on a paper. Then combine the fried potatoes by adding cumin powder, salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala and mix thoroughly. Now add mint chutney and tamarind chutney as per taste and mix all the ingredients properly. And serve with garnished coriander leaves.
