Bellam Paruvannam Recipe
Ingredients required:
2 cups Jaggery powder
2 cups Rice
2 cups Milk
1tsp cashew nuts
1tsp raisins
1tsp almonds chopped
1 tsp Cardamom powder
2 tsp Ghee
Bellam Paruvannam Preparation:
Add water in a pan and bring it to boil, then add rice and cook it. When the rice is cooked, add Jaggery powder, milk and let it cook for about 15 minutes on low flame and stir the mixture very often.
In a small pan, add ghee and heat it, then add cashew nuts, raisins, almonds and fry them till light brown colour then pour them into rice mixture by adding cardomon powder and stir well. Bellam Paruvannam is ready to serve.
