Besan Ke Ladoo Recipe
Gram Flour – 2 cups
Ghee – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Almonds – ¼ cup (chopped)
Raisins – ¼ cup
Besan Ke Ladoo Preparation:
Take a non stick pan, add ghee and heat it, then add gram flour and fry it on a low flame stirring continuously till the flour turns brown colour. Now add sugar and cardomon powder and mix well, then add chopped almonds and raisins and let it cool to room temperature.
Now take small parts of the mixture and make small ladoos. Besan Ke Ladoo is ready to serve within minutes.
