Chickpea Sundal Recipe
2 cups Dry black chena
2 tsp Chopped green chillis
6 tsp Oil
½ tsp Turmeric
Salt
1tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
Chickpea Sundal Preparation:
Soak dry black chenna in water overnight, next day drain the water and pressure cook chena until soft. Then strain excess water from it.
In a pan heat oil, add green chilis, turmeric, salt and cooked chenna and fry for 5 minutes and turnoff the flame.
