Chokka Recipe
500gms Potato chopped into cubes
500gms Red pumpkin
4 Tejpatta
2 tsp Zeera
2 tspMethi
2 tsp saunf
2 tsp mustard
Ginger
4 red chillies
2 tsp Green chilli roasted
2 tsp Dhania
2tsp jeera
Salt
sugar to taste
Chokka Preparation:
In a pan add little oil and fry potatoes and pumpkin cubes by adding little haldi and salt. In another pan add 4 tsp oil heat it and add tejpatta, the seeds and red chilli. Then add fried vegetables and ginger and one cup of hot water and cook on low flame. Then sprinkle masala powder after taking off from fire.
