Chumchum Recipe
Paneer – 1 cup
Sugar – 1cup
Water – 2 cups
Cardamoms – 6
Dry Coconut powder – ½ cup
Chuchum Preparation:
Make Sugar syrup by adding sugar and water, then add cardamoms to it. Take paneer and make oval shaped balls, and drop the balls into boiling sugar syrup and boil uncovered for about 30 minutes, then let it cool down overnight.
Next day morning, take out paneer balls from the sugar syrup and put them on plate, then roll in dried coconut powder and serve chilled.
