Coconut Sandesh Recipe
Sugar – 2 cups
Paneer – 1 cup
Grated coconut – 1cup (fresh)
Cardamom seeds – 1 tsp
Rose essence – 1 tsp
Silver foil
Coconut Sandesh Preparation:
In a wide plate spread freshly grated coconut and dry for 1hour, then mix with mashed paneer, sugar and cardamoms. In a pan add this mixture and cook on low flame until the mixture becomes thick and leaves the sides of the vessel. Then add rose essence and remove from fire. Now grease a plate, pour the mixture into the plate and decorate with foil and let it cool, then cut into pieces.
Coconut Sandesh is ready to serve.
