Dal Paruvanam Recipe
Ingredients required:
2 cups Chena dal
1 cup Rawa
2 cups Jaggery
1 cup Milk
2 tsp Ghee
4 tsp Dry fruits
Dal Paruvanam Preparation:
Cook chenna dal in a Pressure cooker till soft. Then add ghee in a pan and roast the dry fruits, take out into plate, then in the same pan add add rawa and fry till golden brown. Mix this mixture to dal along with milk, 2 cups of water and jaggery and cook on low flame till payasam thickens. Then add roasted dry fruits and serve.
