Fulkopir Vada Recipe
2 Cauliflowers
2 cups besan
2 tsp Oil
1 tsp Posto (poppy seeds)
1 tsp Chili powder
Salt to taste.
Oil for deep frying.
pinch of Baking soda
Water as required
Fulkopir Vada Preparation:
Chop cauliflower into medium size and boil till it softens outside.
In a large bowl mix besan by adding 2 teaspoon oil, water mix thoroughly and make batter of thick consistency. Then add poppy seeds, chili powder and salt and whip batter well. Now dip boiled cauliflower pieces in the batter and deep-fry them.
Fulkopir Vada is ready to serve.
