Ghugni Recipe
4 Cups soaked white Peas
1 Cup chopped onion
2 chopped Tomatoes
2 tsp Garlic crushed
2 tsp Ginger grated
1 tsp Cumin seed powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 tsp Garam masala
1 Cup oil
Salt to taste
Ghugni Preparation:
Boil the soaked white peas until it turns soft. In a pan heat the oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and fry it till onion gets brown. Now add chopped tomatoes and stir it properly, then add cooked peas, cumin seed powder and coriander powder and boil for sometime. When it is cooked add garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves and chopped onion and serve hot.
