Khoya Laddu Recipe
Khoya – 1 cup
Sugar powder – 1 cup
Sesame seeds – 1cup (Roasted)
Saffron – ½ tsp
Almonds – 1 tsp (Chopped)
Pistas – 1 tsp
Khoya Laddu Preparation:
In a non stick pan roast khoya on low flame till it turns golden yellow color and let it cool for some time. Then add coarsely powdered sesame seeds to the roasted khoya and mix well.
Now add sugar to the khoya mixture and mix well, now make small balls of the mixture when it is in lukewarm temperature.
See that the mixture is not too hot otherwise the sugar will melt and perfect balls would not be made. Then decorate the khoya balls with saffron strands, chopped almonds and pistas.
