Kobbaari Bakshalu Recipe
Ingredients required:
2 cups Dry coconut powder
1 cup Jaggery powder
1 cup Maida
1 cup Wheat flour
A pinch of Salt
½ cup Oil
Kobbaari Bakshalu Preparation:
Mix both maida and wheat flours by adding salt and water and make smooth dough. Keep the aside for dough for about an half an hour to set.
Now grind together coconut powder and jaggery powder in a mixer and make a paste with wet hands by pressing the mixture smoothly, then divide them into small balls and keep aside.
Take the dough make small portions, then press to flatten little then apply little oil and stuff the coconut mixture into the dough and close all the edges, then apply little oil to the stuffed dough and roll to flatten like chapatti very smoothly then put it on hot tawa by adding oil and fry in both sides.
