Kobbari Rice Recipe
1 cup rice
½ cup Thick coconut milk
½ tsp Chopped ginger pieces
1 cup Water
2 tsp Fresh grated coconut
1 tsp ghee
3 Dry red chilies
½ tsp Mustard seeds
½ tsp urad dal
½ tsp Cumin
½ tsp Chena dal
2 tsp Peanuts
Curry leaves
Kobbari rice Preparation:
In a pan add water, rice ginger pieces, coconut milk and cook till rice is soft. For seasoning, in another pan, add ghee, then add all the ingredients fresh grated coconut, red chilies, Mustard seeds, urad dal, Cumin, Chena dal, Peanuts and curry leaves and fry them well, then add cooked rice and salt. Kobbari rice is ready.
