Kuttu Pakora Recipe
6 medium-sized half boiled Potatoes
2 cups Kuttu ka Atta (buckwheat flour)
Oil or Ghee for frying
1tsp Salt
½ tsp Baking Powder
1tbsp Black Pepper Powder
½ cup finely chopped Coriander leaves
Kuttu Pakora Preparation:
Mix well all the ingredients of buckwheat flour with salt, pepper and coriander in a bowl by adding water and beat into a smooth batter till the batter comes to cream consistency and then cover the batter with lid and keep aside for about 20 minutes. Now boil potatoes, then peel and cut into big pieces.
Add oil or ghee that is sufficient for deep-frying in a kadai and heat it. Now apply the batter coat to the few slices of potatoes and cover them completely and put them in Kadai for deep frying and fry on both sides until reddish gray and crisp. And serve hot.
