Lapsee Recipe
Wheat gram – 1 cup (Dalia)
Sugar – 1 cup
Ghee – 1/2 cup
Almonds – 1tsp (Chopped)
Pistachios – 1 tsp
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Hot water – 1 cup
Lapsee Preparation:
In a pan add ghee and let get heat till warm then and add some wheat gram and cook by stirring until the wheat gram becomes golden color and lives nice aroma. Add boiled water to roasted wheat gram and stir gently and cook till soft. Now add sugar and ghee, cardamom powder and place the pan on heavy tawa and cook for about 10 minutes on low flame until ghee gets separated from the mixture.
Now serve Lapsee hot garnished with almonds and pistas.
