Masala Cashew Nuts Recipe
Ingredients to prepare Masala Kaju recipe:
Cashew Nuts | 3 Cups |
Gram Flour (Besan) | 1 Cup |
Rice Flour | 1/2 Cup |
Turmeric | 1/2 tea spoon |
Pepper Powder | 1 tea spoon |
Garlic Cloves | 8 |
Red Chilles | 10 |
Curry leaves | 2 Strings |
Salt | to taste |
Oil | for Deep fry |
Masala Kaju preparation method :
Roast the Cashew nuts or u can buy roasted Cashew.
Soak Dry red chillies and garlic cloves in water for 20 minutes and grind into paste along with soaked water.(use can use garlic and red chillies powder instead of soaking and grinding).
In a bowl take gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt and mix well.
Then add the cashews and mix so that the masala mixture should coat the cashews completely.
Heat oil in a pan and drop cahews seperately one by one in the oil( Grease your fingers if needed).
Deep fry till golden brown and place these on the paper napkin to remove excess of oil.
