Ingredients to prepare Sunniundalu :
Urad dal | 2cups (without husk) |
Sugar Powder | 1 1/4 cup |
Ghee | 3/4th cup |
Method:
In a thick pan roast the Urad dal on medium low heat stirring it continuously untill it turns golden colour or good smell.
Let it cool.
Grind the dal to fine powder (like sand).
In a bowl, mix urad dal powder and sugar.
Melt the Ghee and add the ghee slowly to the powder and make fine balls from this mixture.
Now the Minapa sunniundalu are ready to serve.
Store the prepared Laddoos in a container and store it.
