Moong Dal Recipe
250 gms Moong dal
10 Small onions
6 Green chilies
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Sugar
Salt to taste.
1 tsp Ghee
6 Bay leaves
1tsp cumin seeds
Moong Dal Preparation:
In a medium pan fry moong dal over medium heat until it becomes brown, then wash and put moong dal to cook on low flame. In a separate pan, heat ghee, add bay leaves, onions and cumin seeds and let it fry for a few minutes then pour the mixture into dal and let it boil for 5 mins , then add 1 cup of milk and sugar and cook for about 10 mins. Moong dal recipe is ready to serve hot.
