Murruku Recipe
Gram Flour – 1 cup
Rice Flour – 3/4 cup
Ghee – 4 tsp
Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Hing – ¼ tsp
Cooking soda – 1pinch
Salt – 1tsp
Water – ½ cup

Murruku recipe Preparation:
Take a big bowl, add all the ingredients into the bowl and mix well and knead by adding water to make a smooth dough.
In a deep frying pan add oil for deep fry, then place a large ball of dough inside a murruku maker and squeeze it into the oil directly and slowly and turn over until light brown color and drain the excess oil by putting prepared Murruku on paper, and serve.
