Mushroom Omelette Recipe

 

 Ingredients required to prepare mushroom Omelette.

 

Chopped Mushroom              4 Table Spoon

Eggs                                                4 Nos

Big Size Onions                           3 Nos

Pepper Powder                           1 Tea Spoon

Butter                                            4 Table Spoon

Mustard Powder                        2 pinch

Salt According to your taste

 Mushroom Recipe Preparation Method

Beat eggs thoroughly in a bowl along with Salt, Pepper powder, Mustard Powder and Chopped Small Onions.

Heat butter in a pan and add washed and finely sliced mushrooms.

Fry in the butter for 2 to 3 minutes and remove mushrooms and keep aside.

Melt the remaining butter in a non stick pan over a medium flame and add the beaten eggs to it.

Mushroom Omelette Recipe

Spread evenly around the pan and sprinkle the mushrooms on the Top.

When one side is cooked slowly turn to other side.

Once it is thoroughly cooked fold the omelette into half with a spoon.

Remove from flame and serve it Hot.

Tasty Mushroom omelette is ready to eat now.
