Paala Talikalu Recipe

Ingredients to prepare Paala Talikalu :

Wheat flour  2 cups
Sabudana  1 cup
Sugar  2 cups
Milk  2 cups
Ghee  2 tea spoons
Elachi powder  ½ tea spoon
Chopped dry fruits  for garnishing

 

Paala Talikalu preparation method :

Mix wheat flour with water and make a dough.

Take small portions of dough and spread it as talikalu (like rope).

Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and add sabudana and cook for 15 minutes.

Then add talikalu and cook for 10 minutes.

Add sugar and cook on low flame for more 10 minutes and add milk and cook more 10 minutes.

In another pan heat ghee and fry the dry fruits.

Finally add elachi powder & dry fruits.

Now Pala thalikalu recipe is ready to serve.
