Paniyaram Recipe
2 cups Maida
2 Eggs
100 gms Refined sugar
2 ripe bananas
A pinch cooking soda
Oil for deep fry
Paniyaram Preparation:
Sieve the maida flour and cooking soda, now beat the eggs with sugar till sugar dissolves. Mix the flour and egg-sugar mixture with the mashed banana, adding enough water to make a thick batter.
InĀ a pan add oil for deep fry, heat it, now take a spoonful of flourĀ batter and drop gently into the hot oil and cook till they are fluffy and turned to golden brown color. Drain the excess oil and Paniyaram is ready to serve.
