Rasmalai Recipe
Ricotta cheese – 1 ltr
Sugar – 1cup
Half & half milk – ½ ltr
Saffron strands – 10
Crushed cardamom seeds – 1 tsp
Blanched almonds – 1/2 cup
Crushed green pistachios – 2 tbsp
Rasmalai Preparation:
In a baking tray spread the mixture of cheese mixed with sugar and Cardamon powder and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes until it sets. But see that the mixture should turn into brown colour. Meanwhile boil milk, adding sugar and cardamon powder reduced to half.
Now remove from oven and set it to cool at room temperature and cut into shapes, then place them in a dessert bowl, now add the boiled and cooled milk to these balls and Decorate with pistachios, chill for 2-3 hours and then serve.
