Rava ladoo Recipe
2 cups Rava
2 cups Sugar
½ cup Ghee
½ cup Chopped cashewnuts
½ tsp elaichi powder
Rava ladoo preparation:
In a pan, add 1 tsp of ghee, add Chopped cashew nuts and fry till it turns light brown in colour. Then fry rava in ghee till it flavors good. In a mixer, powder sugar and Rava separately.
Add ghee in a pan and heat it and pour it into the rava mixture of sugar fried cashewnuts and elaichi powder and mix well. When the mixture is still hot, make medium sized balls and store in an after it airtight container after the balls get cooled.
