Ribbon Pakodi Recipe
Ingredients for preparation of Ribbon Pakodi:
Rice flour | 3 cups |
Gram flour | 1 cup |
Red chilli powder | 1 1/2 tea spoon |
Ajwaiin | 1 tea spoon |
Hot oil | 1 table spoon |
Salt | to taste |
Oil | for deep frying |
Ribbon Pakodi Preparation method:
Mix the Rice flour, Gram flour, Ajwaiin, red chilli powder and salt.
Add Hot oil and mix well.
Make a soft dough using little water at a time.
Heat the oil in a deep pan for frying.
Take small portion of the dough into the Murukku press after fixing with ribbon shape.
Press these directly in to the oil and fry till golden brown.
Drain the excess oil by placing these on a Paper Napkin.
Cool and store Ribbon Pakodi in an air -tight container .
