Rice Payasam Recipe
Ingredients required:
2 cups Milk
¼ cup Rice
½ cup Sugar
¼ tsp Cardamom powder
Rice payasam Preparation:
Take rice, wash it well and cook with milk by stirring very often until the rice attains tender stage. Then add sugar when the milk becomes thick and stir till sugar dissolves and cook for few minutes on low flame, then add cardamom powder.
Rice payasam is ready to serve hot or cold.
