Sabudana Khichidi Recipe
2 cups Sabudana
2 boiled Potatoes
4 tsp fresh coconut powder
4 chopped Green Chillies
1 cup crushed Groundnuts
4 tsp Oil
½ tsp Mustard Seeds
½ tsp Hing
coriander leaves.
curry leaves.
Salt to taste
2 Lemons
1 tsp Sugar
Sabudana Khichidi Preparation:
Wash and soak sabudana for 2 hours. Boil the potatoes, peel and cho into pieces and mix with crushed groundnuts, salt and sugar. Take a big pan, add oil and heat it, then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies and curry leaves and stir well.
Now add the salted potato cubes into the mixture in a pan and stir the mixture well and let it fry properly. Then add soaked sabudana and coconut powder into potatoes mixture and fry gently.
And season the sabudana khichidi with coriander leaves and squeeze the lemon juice over it and serve hot.
