Sithapal Rabdi Recipe
Ingredients Required:
Whole milk – 1ltr
Red Rose petals – 1 tsp (chopped)
Almonds – 2 tsp
Saffron strands – 1/4 tsp
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Sugar – 1 cup
Custard apple pulp – ½ cup (sitaphal)
Green Pista – 4 (chopped)
Chooped Almonds – 2 tsp
Sitaphal Rabdi Preparation:
Take a heavy vessel, add milk and boil it on low flame for 15 minutes, by stirring continuously. Then add sugar to the milk and stir until it dissolves and take from flame, add saffron strands, cardamom powder, chopped almonds and pista nuts, then set it cool to room temperature.
Then mix custurad apple (sitaphal) pulp and refrigerate for chill for 5 hours and garnish with red rose petals after pouring in individual serving bowls while serving.
