Sojja Appalu Recipe

Ingredients required:

6 cups Water
2 cups Suji
4 cups Jaggery
4 tsp Ghee
2 cups Maida
1 cup Rice flour
Salt
Oil

Sojja Appalu Preparation:

Add 6 cups of water in a bowl and boil, then add jaggery, suji and ghee and stir continuously. When it gets thickens remove from flame.

Make the batter with maida and rice flour like dosa batter, make small balls of suji paste and press like tikki shape and dip it in the batter, put it in the oil for deep fry. Sojja Appalu are ready.
