Sooji Laddu Recipe
Sooji – 1 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Ghee – 2 tsb
Cardamom powder – ½ tsb
Grated Coconut – 1
Water – 1 cup
Sooji Ladoo Preparation:
Take a pan, add ghee and heat it, then add sooji and fry till it turns light brown and keep it aside. Now make a sugar syrup by adding sugar and water, then add cardamom powder.
In another pan add grated coconut fry it, then add fried sooji and sugar syrup, mix all the ingredients and stir it till it starts forming lumps. Take out from flame and let it cool, then make small ladoos after the mixture gets cooled or pour the mixture in the moulds when it is hot by greasing them and make different shapes.
