Ingredients to prepare Vegetarian Pizza :

Vegetarian Pizza preparation method :
Take a Pizza Base and spread some butter all over the base and keep aside.
Finely chop the Onion and Capsicum and keep aside.
Heat Oil and Butter in a pan, add chopped Onions and fry until the Onions start to look transparent and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and fry for a minute.
Now add Capsicum and cook for 5 minutes (do not overcook Capsicum).
Then add Tomato Puree and cook until the liquid content is mixed well with Capsicum and Onions.
Add Oregano, Tandoori Color and Dry Basil and ensure that these mix well with the other ingredients in the pan.
Then add Red Chilli Powder, Pepper Powder, and Salt and saute for 2 minutes.
Finally add Tomato Sauce and cook for 5 minutes and mix everything well with other ingredients.
Now the top layer for the Pizza, i.e., the vegetable spread is ready.
Preheat the Microwave oven or Normal OTG for 5 min.
Now take the butter spread Pizza Base, spread the entire vegetable mixture/masala on the base.
Sprinkle grated Mozzarella Cheese and place on a crust plate for baking.
Instead of using a crust plate, you can keep this Vegetarian Pizza base directly on a grill stand and grill it for 4-6 minutes or until the Cheese melts and spreads all over the Pizza base.
Now the Vegetarian Pizza is ready to serve. One can have the Veg Pizza with Tomato Sauce and Coke/Pepsi.
